1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We take immense care in packaging and dispatching the sacred Narmadeshwar Shivlings to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Courier Partners: We use reliable services like Delhivery, DTDC, and BlueDart.
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

International Shipping (Global)

  • Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Customs & Duties: Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or local levies applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Courier Partners: International shipments are handled by premium partners like DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the sacred and religious nature of the Narmadeshwar Shivling, we maintain a strict return policy to preserve the purity and sanctity of the items.

Conditions for Return/Replacement

  • Damaged in Transit: If your Shivling arrives damaged or broken, we will provide a free replacement.
  • Unboxing Video Mandatory: To claim a replacement for damage, you must record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive a size or variant entirely different from what you ordered, we will replace it.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

  • We do not accept returns for "change of mind" after the sacred stone has been delivered.
  • Natural Variations: Each Narmadeshwar Shivling is naturally formed in the river. Minor variations in color, natural patterns, or millimeter differences in size are proof of authenticity, not defects. Returns will not be accepted based on these natural characteristics.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved (e.g., if a replacement is out of stock), the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

We guarantee that all our Narmadeshwar Shivlings are 100% authentic and sourced from the Narmada River. Because they are natural, Swayambhu (self-manifested) stones, the images shown on the website are representative. The exact patterns, color shades, and exact millimeter dimensions of the stone you receive will be unique to you.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order is placed and confirmed, the price is locked in. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or suspicious fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Intellectual Property
